Building a Digital Roadmap and Change Plan

We identified the needs, wishes, and opportunities from the internal and external organisation, created buy-in and prioritized activities to create an actionable roadmap.

Challenge

Mourik Infra is a large family-owned company based in Groot-Ammers that offers solutions for all kinds of infrastructure projects. Through digitization, knowledge from data and the inclusion of people in data driven work and the digital world, Mourik wants to remain distinctive and innovative in a constantly changing world.

Approach

We have investigated how the potential of Mourik can be fully utilized. First, we jointly determined the ambition. We then conducted research by speaking to people both inside and outside (experts) the organizations, with which we provide insight into the gaps between the current and desired state and the changing customer needs.

Result

We developed a Digital Roadmap, a plan in which we prioritized a number of projects for the coming years to remain distinctive and agile in a competitive market. Besides that, we discussed and prioritized next steps and used our change management expertise to develop an organizational approach to change. All along, we keep stakeholders updated and ensure the growth of buy-in.
